Developing a High Performing Culture
Leaders are aware of the power of organizational culture and the link to companies' success - Zappos and Netflix, for example - or companies' struggles - such as those that have been revealed about Wells Fargo, WeWork, and Uber. How do those cultures come to be? To what extent are they consciously formed? What can leaders do to understand the impact of the organization's culture on company performance? And is it even possible to change it if it's not supporting the company's aspirations? The truth is many leaders find it challenging to articulate or manage culture because much of it is anchored in unspoken behaviors, mindsets and social patterns. Jesse Price will join us for our Wake Up West Coast event to share the good news that culture can be measured and managed as a key organizational system. He will provide a definition, language and change approach to align corporate culture with strategy in order to achieve sustainable business success.
