The law firm of Hann Persinger, PC is pleased to introduce Kimberly A. Rowan as an Associate Attorney to the firm and announce the addition of immigration law to the practice.

“We’re pleased to continue to further build upon our strong foundation in West Michigan by adding immigration law to our firm’s practice areas, said Jennifer DeYoung, firm President.  “Kim provides us with extensive experience in immigration litigation, which we hope will enrich our client offerings and further bolster our firm’s reputation, and we are thrilled to have her join our practice.”

Ms. Rowan was born and raised in Brookfield, Wisconsin and earned a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Wisconsin in Madison with a double major in Psychology and Political Science.  From there she earned her Juris Doctor from William Mitchell College of Law.  Her competitive nature also earned her an award as a Quarterfinalist in the Rosalie E. Wahl Appellate Advocacy Competition.

After law school, Ms. Rowan started her law practice in South Florida in the “Little Havana” neighborhood of Miami where she co-founded the firm of Mendoza & Mueller and practiced with that firm for fifteen years as an immigration attorney and President of her firm.  She then later moved to Chicago and started her own firm and expanded with a thriving corporate and real estate practice.

After meeting her husband in Chicago, Ms. Rowan and her family relocated to Holland, Michigan, where she now proudly makes her home.  Since arriving in Holland, Ms. Rowan has added membership to the Michigan Bar to her list of credentials, making this her fourth state bar licensure behind Florida, Wisconsin, and Illinois, where she retains active membership and is licensed to practice law.

We proudly welcome Ms. Rowan to Hann Persinger, P.C.
