    Employee Assistance Center is pleased to sponsor this workshop!  You will learn the most effective way to empower people through conversations.  You will learn how to be more effective in asking open-ended questions, reflective listening, and designing action: 3 core skills of a coaching approach.  And you'll learn them in a very interactive, hands-on sort of way.  You'll build some new relationships with other area leaders who share your passion for professional and personal development, and those who are in need of SHRM recertification credits will earn 4.5 Professional Development Credits.
