The Holland Farmers Market will host its first ever Indoor Winter Market beginning this Saturday, January 5 from 9:00 am – 12:00 pm. The Indoor Market will be held inside the Holland Civic Center Place at 150 West 8th Street. The Market will feature over 25 vendors throughout the season and will continue the first and third Saturdays from 9:00 am – 12:00 pm from January through April. Bridge Cards, Double Up Food Bucks and Market Bucks will all be accepted during the Winter Market.

“We are thrilled to be able to build upon the success of our previous Outdoor Winter Market with a new Indoor Market thanks to the inclusion of an indoor market space as part of the $17 million renovation of the Holland Civic Center Place,” said Marketing Coordinator Kara de Alvare. “Moving the market inside has not only resulted in an increased number of vendors participating in our Winter Market, but it means a much warmer and more enjoyable shopping atmosphere our customers!”

Over 25 vendors will be participating in the Indoor Winter Market throughout the season, providing customers with a wide product assortment of fresh produce and locally-produced foods to choose from, including winter and greenhouse grown produce, bread and other baked goods, sweet treats, honey and maple syrup, jams, coffee, bottled juices, meat and seafood, quiche, cheese and much, much more. As always, shopping earlier in the morning is recommended for the best product selection.

Patrons are reminded to bring cash for all transactions, though an onsite ATM is available for those that need it. Bridge Cards and Double Up Food Bucks will be accepted at the Winter Market. Market Bucks gift certificates and official Market tote bags will be available for purchase as well. Absolutely no pets are allowed at the Indoor Winter Market or inside the Holland Civic Center Place.
