    The 12-week, 6-session Certificate of Supervisory Management program focuses on the core competencies necessary to increase productivity and performance. Whether you are a new or experienced manager, this course will help you find the right mix of guidance, leadership, motivation, and communication to acquire peak results.
     
    The program begins with an individual DISC assessment and interpretation session to build awareness of individual behavior styles and increase effectiveness with team members, peers, and up-line managers. The DISC concepts are weaved into each of the 6 sessions to empower managers to build collaboration, promote trust, and achieve results.
