    Davenport University is proud to partner with APICS Grand Rapids Chapter to offer the CPIM Exam Preparation Programs. CPIM is recognized globally as the standard in production and inventory control, one of the most critical functions for reducing costs and achieving competitive advantage.

    Who should pursue the CPIM credential?
     
    Professionals working in the following fields would benefit from CPIM certification: Production and inventory management, Operations, Supply chain management, Procurement, Materials management, Purchasing, Planning.

    How do I earn the CPIM credential?
    Candidates for the CPIM credential must pass the Part 1 and Part 2 CPIM exams. Each part is a 3.5 hour exam with 150 Questions. The Part 1 exam covers one module, Basics of Supply Chain Management. The Part 2 exam covers four modules: Strategic Management of Resources, master Planning of Resources, Detailed Scheduling and Planning, and Execution and Control of Operations.
