Elizabeth Jeffers, MD, general surgeon

—Spectrum Health Medical Group and Spectrum Health Zeeland Community Hospital are pleased to welcome Elizabeth Jeffers, MD, to the medical staff. Dr. Jeffers has joined Spectrum Health Medical Group General Surgery, located at 588 East Lakewood Boulevard in Holland. She will be providing general surgery services, with a special focus on breast surgery, working with Bruce Fletter, MD, Sean Goodwin, MD, and Thomas Visser, MD.

Dr. Jeffers earned her medical degree from Wayne State University School of Medicine in Detroit and completed her general surgery residency at St. John Hospital and Medical Center in Detroit. She is a fellow of the American College of Surgeons and a member of the Society of Breast Surgeons.
Dr. Jeffers’ clinical interests include providing compassionate and exceptional surgical care to patients in her general surgery practice with extensive experience using minimally invasive surgery techniques, including robotic surgery, and advanced training in breast health and breast cancer, including oncoplastic breast surgery techniques.
