Facility Rental

• Classroom: 40 People
• Closed Square: 28 People
• Pods: 45 People
• U-Shape: 22 People

• Half Day AM (8AM – 12PM): $250
• Half Day PM (12PM – 4PM): $250
• Full Day (8AM-4PM): $400

Events before 8:00AM or after 4:00PM are subject to staff availability. $75 per additional hour outside of rental time block. The rental hours must be inclusive of time needed for set up and breakdown.

All food and beverage must be provided by one of our preferred caterers. Renter is responsible for coordinating food and beverage service with vendor directly. To view a complete list of our preferred caterers, click here.

Payment is due in full 14 days prior to the Facility Rental Date. An invoice will be sent at the time of agreement signing. All payments can be made by check or credit card to the West Coast Chamber.

If a cancellation is received 14 days or more prior to the scheduled function, all payments will be refunded in full. Any cancellations made beyond this date will not be refunded.
