This session will cover ways to discover your organization’s needs, create a clear plan to define accountability and outline the process to get the right people – both staff and volunteers – in the right seats. We’ll also look at the procedures needed to be successful and keep your team healthy in times of transition, including maternity leaves and succession planning. This interactive session will provide participants with tangible tools, including forms, outlines, and charts.
